Ponden Watersports is an organisation for sailing & water craft enthusiasts based at Ponden Reservoir, Stanbury, near Haworth.

 

We provide membership for users of canoes, dinghies and sailboards. Membership gives unlimited use of the water and facilities.  

 

Members can sail, or use other approved craft, on this beautiful reservoir set high in the Yorkshore Pennines. There is usually a good wind with challenging changes of speed and direction in various areas of the water!

 

Ponden is a great place to learn to sail or canoe as it is not particularly large and the water is often very uncrowded.
